Refund policy

Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Customer pays return shipping unless we made a mistake.
Exchanges available for damaged, defective, or wrong-size items.
Certain products (such as final sale items, undergarments, or customized products) may not be eligible for return.
